The Domestic Energy Assessor
completes the Energy Performance Certificate and charges the HIP provider |

The Hip Provider puts the
searches & the Energy Performance Certificate together and charges the
Estate agent |

The Estate Agent charges
you for the branded pack or offers it for 'FREE' if certain conditions
